This recipe is a nice change from the standard cooked cranberry sauce.
I make both at Thanksgiving.
1 qt. fresh cranberries
2 apples (cored, not peeled)
2 oranges (cored, not peeled)
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple (optional)
Grind ingredients in blender (except pineapple).
Add sugar and pineapple and mix well. Refrigerate.
